This was our second year renting a home for a month that is managed by Citrus Grove Villas. We had a great experience again this time. The lovely home we rented had a couple of maintenance issue arise, and Iain and his team were very quick to reply to phone call and emails. The staff is courteous and it was evident they wanted to take care of the issues. Many thanks to the team for helping to make our month a relaxing and enjoyable one! We would recommend this company to other renters!
We were not able to get our deposit back in a timely fashion despite them cancelling a villa which we had rented. After a lot of frustration, many emails and phone calls our cheque arrived. Stay away from this company.
Citrus Grove Villas is run by a crook who is not to be trusted and has a history of theft. Go elsewhere if you want peace of mind.
Absolutely amazing service and ended up in a beautiful villa. Helped make a holiday of a lifetime.
A terrible business who are discourteous and have no customer service. The manager is arrogant, deceitful and basically ignorant. It is apparent he has no professional qualifications and is totally unaccountable. I would steer well clear. They do have some nice villas, but so do other companies.
