Look elsewhere, the management here is the worst. They are friendly enough when you can actually reach someone but don’t expect an answer to your questions. I’m sure it’s due to the turnover rate so the answer they constantly give is, I was wasn’t here at that time but still unacceptable. I’m still having issues with them over a year after moving out due to THEM losing my documents. I’ve lived in this complex for a bit over a month and it has been nothing but frustrating. In the past month alone, the water has been shut off THREE times without any notice. No emails, no texts—nothing. Just wake up or come home to no water. The office staff is completely unresponsive and fails to communicate important updates, there’s always someone new in the office not very helpful either. Look elsewhere if you need am apartment. This place has a monthly turnover of employees in the office. They never pick up the phone. Residents' pets crap all over the property. Just this week, the water has been turned off 2 times 5-6 hours in the middle off the day with no warning or valid reason. They enticed me to move in by offering a "Washer Dryer". I then found out after moving in that it is a combo machine and absolutely does not dry. I am charged $175 extra per month for this machine that has never worked right. Rent... read more
