Rafa was AWESOME. He went above and beyond with both the quality of his work and who the communicating with me which is a big deal and most carpet cleaners don’t do a great job with. There was some confusion with them increasing the price from the original quote and none of the instruction/scope changed, so that is kind of a bummer, but I think that has more to do with the administration people and not Rafa.
