Horrible customer service called looking for factory wheels for a 2019 ram and I politely told them it was 20inch 6 lug wheel. they acted like there’s billion different wheels that fit that truck when a factory wheel only come in one specific lug pattern the proceeded to hang up on me when I corrected her. If you don’t know how to have proper customer service maybe don’t answer the phone. And if you don’t know vehicles maybe don’t work in the auto industry.
You cannot go to that business, what arrogant and rude people, racists who treat customers poorly, I have been there twice and I do not plan to go back, and it is also extremely expensive.

The worst thing about Odessa is that I do not recommend it at all. Avoid the pain of dealing with a racist person and with prices that are out of the ordinary, super expensive, terrible customer service.
