Wish I had met Leonard sooner! great experience and productive sessions with him. He asks thoughtful questions that really make me reflect more deeply on myself and my perspective. I always leave our sessions with new insights and a better understanding of my feelings. The office environment is also very calm and comfortable, which makes the whole experience even better.
I initially had a positive impression of this office; it’s clean, welcoming, and my therapist was kind. For basic concerns like work stress or life transitions, it may be a good fit. However, my experience with more serious mental health issues was deeply disappointing and concerning.
