I called to schedule an appointment with a specific person and I get here and they tell me she’s off and asked if I wanted to come another time. The point in me calling is to schedule with the person and not be told she’s not here. I get here and have someone else service me and I can tell they are talking badly
Me and my sister just left Citrus. We have been going for awhile and our experience hasn’t always been great, but today was the deciding factor to never come back. I waited almost 40 minutes in the chair before anyone came. The wait wasn’t the problem, the experience after was. The lady who did my sister, her name was Emmy, she completely ripped my sister’s nail in half then glued it back together and said “it’s fine” she then shaped however she wanted then asked my sister how she wanted them to shaped. Oh my!!! At a minimum, get the “Tired Feet” pedicure!!!! Spend the extra $$ because it is spectacular!!! ASK FOR ANNA!!!!! If she isn’t working, come another day!!! Her leg massage was the BEST I’ve ever had, and at 71 years old I’ve had plenty!!!
