I was running into some technical difficulties online and I called the store and an associate named crystal helped me out. She said she would call me back and take my order over the phone. She did promptly and we kept running into difficulties and she never stopped being so gracious and kind. I just love Citrine! I live on the east coast but they always give me the same quality service, as if I walked into the store. They have called to ask about my orders, they respond to my questions, they call if they have something in stock I have asked for and they have done such an amazing job color matching me from images I sent them.
