I want to give a shout out to the citrine apts and their level of hospitality. In particular, I want to shout out Brittney Logue who always makes me feel like I am home. She is always on top of fun community engagement and making this building in top form. I will recommend people to live here (and I have!) because of the trust I have in citrine knowing Brittney is at the front. They have improved their building maintenance as well with the new supervisor stepping in recently. Rashad I believe.
Friendly staff
The location and the community of people are unmatched. I loved it until I didn’t. Perfect if you don’t have any maintenance issues, nor have to interact with anyone behind an office wall. Because that’s just it, it’s like talking to the wall. They only know how to file paperwork, order a food truck and design a flyer for the elevator. I have lived at this apartment for about six months now and have had nothing but great experiences. Brittany is the Property manager, and she always answers my questions thoroughly. I seriously probably had 100 questions before and around, move in and she answered every single one of them with care. You can tell she really cares about her residents and makes an effort to make the community a fun place.
