I’ve lived at Citrine for over five years, and the current management team makes me feel like we’re in good hands. They always have a positive attitude and are willing to listen. Maintenance and upkeep are consistently handled, and the location is perfect. Pricing is a little high, but otherwise I’d give Citrine five stars!
I have lived here for six years, and unfortunately, this past year has been the worst experience I’ve ever had renting an apartment. The decline in management, maintenance, and overall quality of living has been shocking. The current manager, Brittany, is dismissive, patronizing, and unwilling to take accountability for any issues that arise. I want to give a shout out to the citrine apts and their level of hospitality. In particular, I want to shout out Brittney Logue who always makes me feel like I am home. She is always on top of fun community engagement and making this building in top form. I will recommend people to live here (and I have!) because of the trust I have in citrine knowing Brittney is at the front. They have improved their building maintenance as well with the new supervisor stepping in recently. Rashad I believe.
