RENTERS BEWARE!!! When you move into your property, take pictures of every flaw. I don’t care how small or big something is, take a picture of it. If you don’t, they will take it out of your deposit. Another thing, document ALL communication you have with them. When we departed our rental, I communicated our forwarding address to them in the portal. Disgusting attitude. They post ads about renting housing in rent. They offer to fill out an application. After they promise to contact. But they never get in touch. When you try to call and check the information about the application through the manager, they take your personal data, promise that they will call. But they never get in touch, not in writing, not by phone. And after two weeks, they remove the ad that was posted on the site.
