RecommendedCitra is a lovely place to live. There is ample parking for guests, Safeway is right next door, and the pool is heated year round. It's 1960s construction, so you get the larger patios - though to be honest, the built in grills near the clubhouse have me spending much of my outdoor time over there. Did I mention the clubhouse? I hosted my birthday party last year there. Management is super friendly, and maintenance is on top of everything with work orders being completed next day. Come be my new neighbor :)
I like this place, it's been two months as I live here, and can definitely recommend this apartment complex.
Poor quality apartment and management Pros: - Good location - Good School - Good maintenance service staff Cons: - Not family friendly apts - Community manager sends out intimidating mails for eviction if kids are found playing outside. No place for kids to play. Unprofessional behaviour towards customers Management is failing to take responsibility for incorrect information provided by their employees. They tried to blame it on the "temp" and the cost I paid is app fee plus valuable 3 hours of my house hunting. Unethical and irresponsible behavior. If management does not want to vouch for what temp said then why employ one?
