I called multiple times and no one ever answered the phone. I had to leave messages and just hope that I was near my phone if they called back. I waited like 2 months to be called to even schedule an appointment and then they called and canceled my appointment 2 hours before I was supposed to be seen. Absolute joke of an establishment.
The doctors here are very good but the customer service is terrible! Nobody ever answers a phone or calls back when you leave a message. Because of this we will be finding a new urologist
