No call backs, no calling back after voicemails even though the voicemail says that they'll get back to me by the end of the day they don't get back to me at all not that day not any day. No sense of urgency. As far as I can tell I don't matter to them.
It's funny i get on here and see a report about this DR that is exactly how i fill. This guy made me feel like it was a big inconveniencing to him to see me. I was in with him at most 3-4 minutes just long enough to say there's nothing wrong with me. He never even examined me in any way never touched me. He just looked at my old labs from my family DR and said your pain is from something you drinked. I'm having trouble urinating and pain on both sides of my back but this guy thinks i'm ok. Dr. Patel was very dismissive about my issue and pain. He also made me feel like I was inconveniencing him by having me put on the schedule due to me thinking it was an emergency. I left feeling like I had no answers. I wasted my time and money. Office manager, nurse, and the front desk clerk were the highlight of the office as they helped me feel better about the situation and assured me I would not have to see him again.
