It has literally taken me 8 minutes to upload a 14.7 mb image to my email! Your upload speeds are the absolute worst! It takes me 2 hours to send a portrait order to my printing lab!

They should have never gone back to cellular. They are giving old phones that Verizon does not want anymore. The employees do not have any knowledge of the phones. They make errors on the billing. Be very wary. Sent phone back to Samsung and after many calls and emails they finally gave it new guts. Now works better but it was an old phone. Citizens employees were helpful but whoever at Citizens is getting these phones should be more diligent and get newer models.
