RecommendedShout out to the St. Rd. 3 branch! Way to meet the needs of ALL of your drive up customers. I had a very nice young man come get my deposit and check. Then, I just pulled thru the drive thru around to the front and he came right back out with my cash and slip. Thanks for working to make it go quicker on a crazy Saturday morning. ❤️

I didn’t like the fact the bank would charge my wife 10 dollars for me a no. Citizens customer for the privilege of her writing me a check. She has been a customer for 20 years and right now is too ill to go to the bank. By not waving that fee it certainly says a lot of what the bank thinks of you when you reach the age you are no linger buying cars getting loans etc. thanks Susie for instructing the young teller to charge us
