I personally would never work with this lender again. Delay after delay in closing, blamed it on the clients employer and he was on vacation. I'm a realtor and have worked with several lenders that take vacations and even have a hold up with obtaining documents, but still never pushed back closing 2 times. Client was given a conditional approval which he returned all documents within a day, then after those conditions were met, he was then tasked with another list of documents.
