Anytime you come into the bank there is no personal banker and when you have a question about anything other than a deposit or withdraw, the cashiers can help you so you come into the bank and you still leave with no answers
Poor customer service and unhelpful
I posted a comment. It was not a great experience at the time that is not what happened today. I did not close my account. I stayed with the bank and I had a young man today at the Manchester location. He did a wonderful job. He was very courteous, extremely efficient, he looked at me when he was talking to me. He worked glasses curly hair. I can’t remember his name. I do apologize however it was a wonderful experience. Chelsea at The Manchester location was awesome at helping me obtain a new debit card and very efficient with me filling out the fraud/theft papers
