They offer "optional" coverage which isn't at all optional. You have to buy it.
You will start losing customers if you keep raising your prices each year many times over the inflation rate. Shame on your company. Your actions are very hard on retired people living on a fixed income.
Horrible service when you call into Citizens insurance. Costs are over double then comparable plans with other providers.
I have been with Citizens for a few years now Home And Auto- they have kept my rates at a good level with no BS - i have looked around At other insurance companies and Citizens for me has been the BEST !
