I've has Citizens for home and auto for the last 3 years and I did have 1 auto claim and I couldn't be happier with how quick and easy it was to deal with.
After being hit by a van while walking on 2/1/25 Citizens Auto Insurance covered all my medical bills that were not covered by Medicare. The PIP adjuster, Jessica Payne was efficient and very helpful. I was so grateful that I had Citizens Insurance.
