So I’m going over the reviews which I wished I wove done sooner. I just got denied a claim for my basement damage due to water. Adjuster hired someone to tell him the issue. Adjuster stated that if you have seepage we don’t cover. The people he hired stated to my wife and I who was on phone that the damage is due to sump. Well that is covered. I used the website to initiate the auto insurance claim process. The process of providing the accident information is pretty normal. I got an email acknowledging that they are processing my information almost immediately. Soon after that, I got a phone call from an agent from Hanover in MA.
