Fair, fast and professional service.
I spoke with Citizens, Sarah Jacobs for 2 issues yesterday. I needed help moving a house over to my Citizens policy from Foremost and also some vehicle policy advice. Sarah was incredibly patient, professional, kind and knowledgeable. She spent so much time with me manipulating coverage to please me for my particular situation to make a policy I was comfortable with and could afford. I appreciated her time and demeanor and knowledge so much!
They offer "optional" coverage which isn't at all optional. You have to buy it.
You will start losing customers if you keep raising your prices each year many times over the inflation rate. Shame on your company. Your actions are very hard on retired people living on a fixed income.
