My rating is strictly on the cost of our home and auto coverage. Our Independent Agent (Lisa) compared available options and recommended Citizens based on comparable coverage with our old company at about $1,000 less annual cost.
My vehicle was totaled by a deer on 12/11/25. Filed a claim with Citizens a day or so later. They gave me fair compensation for my car and solved my claim quickly. There was no funny stuff like you didn’t tell us a 15 year old was living in the house and refusing to pay the claim, or any other excuses like I’m hearing from some other insurance companies. I would highly recommend them for their professionalism and no nonsense approach.
