RecommendedI am on my second auto loan as I totaled my last vehicle before it was paid off. They got me financed and into my new car seemlessly. Customer service has always been good for me as well. They are always willing to help
Stay away from this place! Especially Melanie she is only looking to get the company as much money as she can and is by far one of the rudest person in the office. Never trying to help someone out and always giving a BS reason as to why they can help you. I dread the next 3 years that I am stuck in my car loan now. And will be making it a point to look for a way out.!
Run as far away from this place as you can!! Worst customer service I have ever dealt with, if I could give 0 stars I would!
