Staunch patient advocates. An appointment on a busy morning gave me a lot of insight into how dedicated they are to making sure that their patients receive the diagnostic services they need. They're somewhat of a small army of advocates that know every number and person to speak to to get it done. I can't say I've seen this at many offices, let alone pharmacies. Prompt appointments, prompt refills, prompt lab and diagnostic order turnaround, in a very clean, quiet and comfortable private setting for all ages.

Dr Firiou is a sweetheart who truely cares about you. She actually talks and she takes time for you - THIS IS THE WAY IT SHOULD BE. This is affordable healthcare. Prompt service and friendly staff. All those "express" places are a crime. Overly priced for a 5 min exam and a 1-2 hour wait, then you walk out with a $200 bill. PLEASE NEVER CLOSE THIS CLINIC!!!
This clinic makes charitable donations to other groups in the area and Dr. Firiou genuinely cares for the well-being of her patients. I definitely recommend this clinic!
