Sam Haliburton (NPP on staff) is a jerk. Came in with pain in the palm of my hand that lingered after two weeks (from specific injury). Specifically stated scaphoid fracture as reason for visit (there's your warning sign: don't tell him what you have--just guess at it if you want treatment). When you need a doctor they never can work you in they told me to go to walk-in clinic several times
i have very mixed feelings about this office. Dr. Julia Flores is professional and her staff is courteous, but the scheduling process has been extremely frustrating. Since becoming a patient, my appointments have been repeatedly rescheduled- not just by a few days, but by a month or more each time. This has happened consistently, making it nearly impossible to maintain regular care. My girlfriend was not feeling well at all and the doctor seemed annoyed because she seemed fine. The doctor didn't seem to care about her concerns at all.
I guess their nursing staff need to know how to ask the patient what they are there for instead of assuming….scheduled for one thing and literally left the office with nothing but an order for lab!! The doctor seemed annoyed to be even be in the room…time to look for another doctor that really cares about the patient!! 🤦♀️
