Sam Haliburton (NPP on staff) is a jerk. Came in with pain in the palm of my hand that lingered after two weeks (from specific injury). Specifically stated scaphoid fracture as reason for visit (there's your warning sign: don't tell him what you have--just guess at it if you want treatment). I came in expecting to be told: yes, you have an injury. There's not much I can do, I can order an x-ray, your insurance won't approve an MRI which would be necessary to diagnose this problem. Thank you to NP Sam Haliburton, Nurse Pam, and staff for taking AMAZING care of my 5 and 2 year old. They were both so friendly and treated my sick babies so well. My 5 year old was anxious about seeing a doctor at first, but NP Sam was so good with him, he had him laughing and joking around in no time at all. They even stayed open a bit later just for us.
