Citizens is Absolute trash. Never had anything but issues, never have access to my money, card constantly gets declined, the website and app are so full of bugs that I cant even use them. Everytime I call to fix the issues, someone in another country answers and asks for my social security number. Its laughable honestly and im currently liquidating all my accounts and switching banks.
