Because my parents were refused admission,they were tested positive for Covid-19, had shortness of breath & fever, fatigue degreased o2 levels and pneumonia. Was discharged from ER with nothing more than a Tylenol. No antibiotics. Got a call the next day saying they needed to call in antibiotics. had 2 test yesterday..in out patient dept...everyone was super friendly..efficient..had a wonderful experience...thank you to all that assisted me..awesome group...
I was there for nearly a week. with the exception of only one nurse, it was some really caring staff. alisa (RN) and Ali Rae (patient care tech) were the best and most wonderful people I encountered here. I hope they hear this. Ty from room 342. I definitely won't hesitate to go back

My father in law had a stroke 10/5/19 with major deficits to his right side and when he arrived at the ER there was only a 25 minute window left for him to receive TPA (the medicine that can help reverse stroke). The staff knew that this was critical and time was of essence. They immediatley began working with him and had IV access, CT scan and TPA administered within that 25mins. They were all kind to my Dad and reassured us all that he would be ok. I will forever be indebted to the people of Citizens Baptist for saving him... read more
