My account was compromised and they charged an overdraft fee for each charge and then refused to credit them back. I called multiple times to let them know there were unauthorized charges and they kept giving me the "someone will call you back" line without anyone ever calling me back. Still waiting for "Trish" to call from when I went into the bank on Wednesday. She was conveniently unavailable and of course is the only person I could talk to. I've banked at Citizen's since college. They were really helpful when I started my business and they've also become customers of my business. When our account was comprised back when A major retailer got hacked, we had a few thousand dollars disappear in a matter of minutes and they were able to recover all of it! Their employees have been fantastic at our hometown branch!
Thankful for a business who cares about the education of those we serve. Honored to see Tanner's passion for service and his patience with our students.
