The service is horrible, and I can not wait to close my account in the morning and switch to a different bank!
Macon no branch is the worst bank I have ever experienced. My mother has lost money on a loan she has paid for over a year and when asked where the money is going the management just shrugs and says "I don't know" WTF? Shouldn't you be figuring out? Now we are currently sitting over seas where they have shut down the card even though they were told we would be on vacation. Bank here at you own risk believe when I say they "free" gifts are not free and will come with a big head ache.
As usual, their online system is having problems and wont let me in to check my balances. Will be moving our personal and business accounts to Bank Midwest this week.
My parents have banked there since I was a child, I've banked there since I got married, at the Trenton branch, the staff is friendly and always willing to help in any way they can!
So... I hope this review doesn't throw anyone off. I'm not sure how to rate because I've never used this establishment for any kind of banking. But they way they are integrating themselves into their community is top notch. They're repeatedly holding FREE family-friendly events for the people within their community. They're doing so much for all of us, I'm actually considering opening up a few accounts with them. Thanks for everything!
Citizen bank at N Oak Trafficway Kansas City Refuses to give change order without giving the SSN .... I had the valid picture ID But they need SSN too .... best of my knowledge it’s illegal to ask for SSN for change order.
I've been with citizens bank &trust for over 10 years and have had no problems and great friendly service
