Moving to Bartow, I went to citizens bank to open a basic checking account until I could move all of my banking. Walking in, I ask the teller about information. Instead of sending me to someone, she proceeded to hand me a brochure at the teller line. I asked about banking fees and she gave me a very cursorary answer. When I again questioned her, she yelled across the lobby to a blonde lady sitting at the desk about the fees.
