I came there after 2pm to deposit my payroll check on my lunch break. They'll send too earlyat 5 pm on Fridays which is not conducive with my hours at work which is 5pm as well. They did at one timestay open untl6pm. Today I arrive with the one and only teller going g on break for lunch. I am notcold hearted but I too am on lunch. The customer service is very poor here now! For 4 years I always got my bank statements from here now they charge $10 a month. If would have let them open the card that I’m approved for then they would’ve gave them to me for free it’s like employees do favors if you let them make their commission. Needs new management here!
Went in for a simple transaction on my lunch break so I was hoping for a quick visit. Christina was so pleasant and prompt with service. I'd go out of my way to visit this branch in the future.
