unbelievable how they treat their customers, refused to cash my check for me despite them cashing it for me the week prior, absolute garbage personality, uninformed, no help, i will be terminating my bank account with them as i am extremely disappointed in them. how sad.
Calling and harassing me constantly to hear about loans, cards, etc. They also try to deceive you by making their sentences structured to make you think you have a problem with your account when they leave a message. Every single time I come here the employees are rude and miserable. Considering switching banks altogether.
