Very displeased with citizens bank after being with them for over 5 years. Simply tried to order a new debit card because mine was old and worn out. A week goes by no card, they said it was sent to an incorrect address. Then proceeded to tell me there was no way to send it to my P.O box so it had to be sent to the branch. Tried to charge me 12 dollars to reorder a card they messed up. 2 more weeks have gone by and have not recieved my debit card. I have shut down my account and will now be banking elsewhere. The people skills of staff are very low, communication between the tellers and customers is poor, and the systems are down most of the time. Every time i go there is a new person with low experience and i am never treated with respect or helpfulness.
Sat down to look up information about product and services when the lady came out and rudely said those chairs are for customers only. I was barely there for 2 minutes and there were no one else waiting behind me.
Was told I had negative in my account(which was incorrect) went to the Brighton location and they pulled it fo me immediately.
