most staff is very lazy i’ve watched them countless times continue talking and laughing while the phone is ringing and it seems almost everytime i call i have to call a few times before someone finally answers and then they are a bit salty when answering 😑
I am 67 years old. To my knowledge I have never had a returned check for any reason. I recently closed my accounts with Arvest as they are closing their Ada, oklahoma branch. I opened an account with Citizens bank and could not be more satisfied. A young man by the name of Kaleb , a teller, helped me a great deal late this afternoon. Apparently I wrote a check on Arvest bank which closed my account upon my request. The check made to the tag agent was not honored by Arvest.
