The customer service is terrible. They have had my money for over 2 weeks and will not release it and will not give me any updates. At this point, my money was effectively stolen.
If youre looking for incredible service with a professional and friendly smile, August Keller is the one to go to!!! She helped me with my money order efficiently, she literally brightened my whole day!!! I cannot recommend Citizens Bank enough for their incredible employees and amazing service!
