Very disappointed in this bank. Had a customer stranded in Amarillo, needing to up the limit on his Debit Card for a vehicle repair purchase. Customer called right before 5 and was told they can't help him because "they are closing." He just needed his limit upped to make a purchase. Instead, he was told to call Tucumcari, NM branch. He tried calling and their office was closed. The "Window" was open, but he was unable to get through to anyone. I have been working with Jeff Nunn, Sam Nunn, Steve Sherrill and the entire team for 15 plus years. Citizens Bank has always been friendly and professional. Would not work with another bank. I would refer Citizens to any friend or family member.
The worst bank!!! So my husband an I went to talk to the loan guy his name is Rex he led us on for a week it was the worst experience of our life he wasn’t honest he was beating around the bush type thing. He said they work with 1099 no they don’t he lied from the get go!!!
Citizens bank is number 1 so put the pedal to the metal and keep on trucking
