They cancelled my big check I put, after I put the check in on mobile then in the ATM. they shut down my whole account... I'm going to TD Bank instead. I been using Citizens for years now they really screwed me over... Done !!!!!!!

I was there on August 18, and a very professional, kind, Asian woman helped me with my transaction. It was a somewhat hefty transaction and she made me feel at ease by asking for my ID and verifying certain information. She made sure I was able to see her every move regarding this transaction to ensure it was properly done correctly. She was very knowledgeable and respectful. Vivien always makes my visits very pleasant!
Applied for the PPP loan on April 6 as soon as Citizens made application available. Despite continual follow up emails and calls to Citizens, I still have not been provided the current status of my loan. The last email I received said that Citizens will inform customers on April 16 who did not get the loan. It is now the afternoon of April 17 and I have not had any update or contact with the loan department.
