The branch manager Mr. Reyes is amazing!!! He helped me promptly with this issue and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Have not had anywhere near good service at this branch. Every other citizens I go to in the area; Glenside, Flourtown, are very friendly. Then you come here and I’m sure this is not Citizens idea of customer service. My grandmother came in this branch the other day to get quarters she asked the teller for 2 rolls. The teller responded “ we don’t have any”. My grandmother proceeded to ask why when she goes to other branches it’s no problem getting them but this branch never has them.
