The mail lost my new debit card. I called and they send me a new card via FedEx. I then had to go to a branch to activate a new password as I never received that either. They were open on Saturday which was great. I walked right in and was able to activate the card in less than 5 minute. Now that’s customer service!

Not a customer. However, I used their atm and it gave me an unable to dispense cash error. The branch although nice was unable to give me 20 dollars. They told me to dispute it with my bank. Went across the street to the pharmacy and their atm worked just fine.
