Love this bank!
I have used this branch of Citizens Bank for close to 10 years and have been fairly satisfied with the service. About 5 years ago the service and wait were pretty bad, but about 3 years ago they had an overhaul of the staff which really made a difference. The wait time can still be long at times, but that's to be expected at any bank. Friendliness and courtesy is expected and that's what I get here.
Today I went to get my credit papers notarized, and the Manager told me , that she didn't feel comfortable with notarizing my papers because of the context. My paper came from a well known company , the context of my paper stated , who I was , the reason for the dispute of the company and the date of the issue in hand . But that wasnt good enough for the Manager at this brunch, she told me "she didnt feel comfortable enough to notarize my papers.
