The banker said she has two people a head of me but no one showed up until closing time ….. she just don’t want to do her job
One of the tellers lied to us about the type of account we were opening and was deceptive about the interest rate on our savings account gave us .05% when we agreed to .5%. Emails and phone calls to the banker and the VP of branch went unanswered. We are moving our accounts to Capital One.
