I have (had) a auto loan with this bank and was discusted with it so I called my credit union to have my loan rolled over to my credit union. What a hassle. My credit union wrote a bank check and sent it to me with my name and citizens bank name on it, asked me to forward it, as I did. I also added a small personel check along with it to cover a per-deim. The small check was for $29.00, Thought everything was alright. I would like to express my utmost disgust and dissatisfaction with this branch. I came in on January 8th to speak to a customer service representative about a problem I was having with my new Visa debit card. To make a long story short, I have been issued two new cards, neither of which have worked. I was made to look foolish and like I had no idea how to use my card by the bank representative.
