Worst service ever. New debit card took 3 business weeks to receive but they sent me someone else's debit card then wanted to charge me 12 dollars to send me the right one in 2 business days. I didnt mind stopping by the bank every day at first but service is too slow.

The worst possible bank i know it is the worst Bank In the New England area its funny that they say they do all they can to help you and another one is help you with your student loans but overdraft your account by 50 cents and they charge u 70$ i can go on and on about this bank the bottom line they are Crooks
I took a year off from school bc my freaking loans didn't cover my tuition. NOW Citizenbank is putting me in a collection agency for the 8 months I worked. I CAN'T stand this fucking world!!!!!! Citizens doesn't even deserve one star. Thanks for fucking up my credit score even more.
The worst banking experience I have ever had. I only dealt with people over the phone in paying off a car loan I held for a week. In that week, I talked to 7 to 10 different people including one manager. All gave me different information. Some told me I could not pay off the loan online, others told me I could. by the time it was done, they finally pulled the funds from my account after I sent in a cashiers check for the amount causing an overdraft against my account. Never again!!
#CitizensBank is stealing money from customers. $2,200 went missing from my account without any trace of the money. I posted this topic early and it has happened to a few people. #Bank
