STAY AWAY from this bank - their level of incompetence and lack of customer service leaves me speechless. Yesterday, I went in to cash an international cheque (as I've done on many occasions), usually the teller has to get help with this because they've forgotten what to do, but they covert it and it clears in a couple of days. Today I get a call from the teller that they don't do it anymore (you'd think he would have known that before he did the transaction).
