I want to leave a 5 star review, not for Citizens, but for Kevin DS. Interacting with Kevin was a masterclass in customer service and human connection. Not only did I feel like everything would be taken care of (it was), I was acknowledged on a personal level, and felt genuinely listened to and understood from the moment I walked in. I know who I’m going to go to the next time I experience an issue and any time I have a question regarding my account. I will advise others who use Citizens to do the same. Thank you! 🙏🏻 🌞❣️
