Very rude. Came in for a fraud charge. Jessica was impolite and was trying to get rid of us as soon as possible.
Worst branch I ever been, unprofessional, they do mistake and argue with you instead of just fixing it, This location is waste of time.
Appt for wire transfer was 1:30, it's 1:50 and I'm still waiting. Meanwhile, other banks do online wire transfers. Time to switch bank
Not sure why every time I try to use this locations drive-thru I am stuck waiting in line for over 30 mins with only 2-3 cars ahead of me. They open at 9am yet I’ve been sitting behind two vehicles now since 9:10am and it is now 9:39am. If I weren’t blocked in by other cars behind me I would’ve already left. This is absurd. If this were the first time I’d be much more forgiving but this is at least the 3rd time this happened at this location. If you don’t have the employees available maybe you should consider modified hours ... read more
