Very rude. Came in for a fraud charge. Jessica was impolite and was trying to get rid of us as soon as possible.
Worst branch I ever been, unprofessional, they do mistake and argue with you instead of just fixing it, This location is waste of time.
Appt for wire transfer was 1:30, it's 1:50 and I'm still waiting. Meanwhile, other banks do online wire transfers. Time to switch bank
Not sure why every time I try to use this locations drive-thru I am stuck waiting in line for over 30 mins with only 2-3 cars ahead of me. They open at 9am yet I’ve been sitting behind two vehicles now since 9:10am and it is now 9:39am. If I weren’t blocked in by other cars behind me I would’ve already left. This is absurd. If this were the first time I’d be much more forgiving but this is at least the 3rd time this happened at this location.
