Terrible bank! Terrible customer service!!! Don’t open any account in Citizens Bank!!! Save you time and money!
My mother who’s is elderly and doesn’t understand English went to this brunch to get a simple bank statement and was charged almost $ 50 for piece of paper and ink. The statement wasn’t going too far back in a date. I called to solve this situation but bank workers would refuse to refund anything and wouldn’t care that other Citizens Bank brunches are offering free statements. I could print out all the statements for free at home if I would know they charge in that particular location. I feel they did so since my mother woul... read more
