This bank sucks maybe there’s a one citizens location out there that is good but this is why I’m not putting my money in your bank I was charged 30 dollars every two days for a overdraft on a account I just set up ridiculous that’s how you make some of your money thanks but never again and your ppl near Longwood have terrible customer service I didn’t make you work or hate your job so don’t take it out on me or anyone else

I had 6 saving bonds i needed to cash and so i called this branch and asked if they would do it. The person i spoke to said they would. I then went in was instructed on some places to sign.. When i went over to sign and came back the new cashier said they were too busy to do them (the place was completely empty) and that i should come back at a less busy time. When i asked when that was she said before 10.... so i said I would come back before 10 the next day I was still being polite. She then rudely suggested i go somewhere... read more
