I have banked with Citizens for 35+ years. Why are we removing drive thru tellers? For a business in customer service industry it's not so customer friendly. I'm looking at taking my accounts elsewhere.

Amanda went above and beyond to help me get access to my online account and then came out in the cold and rain to help me with my ATM card. Great customer service!
We have been customers of Citizens for over 30 years for our businesses & for personal accounts as well as any loans we have ever taken out. We encourage all our employees also to use Citizens. I go to the one in Heartland Crossing.. All the employees there are so very nice, helpful and very professional. They greet you by name and you always feel so welcomed.
