Citizens is the best! The Camby Branch is always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I'll never go anywhere else.
The Heartland Branch is the most welcoming branch I’ve ever been to! All of their employees are so friendly and make you feel that they really care. Especially that Kiaira, she’s a hoot!
The staff at the Camby branch is held in high regard. A very good bank.
I have banked with Citizens for 35+ years. Why are we removing drive thru tellers? For a business in customer service industry it's not so customer friendly. I'm looking at taking my accounts elsewhere.
