I was really excited to have a branch open close to me. But this one is the worst. There's always something wrong with the atm, the one inside is no better (if you can even get inside), and the tellers are extremely slow. I once waited inside for 15 mins when there was only 1 person ahead of me. You're better off going to one of the other branches.
Dominic the branch manager is amazing. She has an amazing smile. She was so helpful. I was in a huge rush and Dominic made my visit so easy. Mia was also a delight. So kind. She helped myself and another customer.

Citizens Bank(s) are open until 4pm. I came to this location to have a new debit card printed, was told customer service loses at 3pm. Terrible
