Dominic the branch manager is amazing. She has an amazing smile. She was so helpful. I was in a huge rush and Dominic made my visit so easy.
Citizens Bank(s) are open until 4pm. I came to this location to have a new debit card printed, was told customer service loses at 3pm. Terrible
I’ve been a customer at this bank for a while and have made several deposits and transactions in the past without issue. However, my experience today was incredibly frustrating. I went in to make a deposit to a business account, and the manager on duty treated me with rudeness and suspicion. Despite having previously obtained a letter from customer service confirming the account, the manager acted as if I was trying to do something dishonest.
