It is an “online branch”? I’m not sure what they explained to me it was. It means that they have no tellers, they basically do everything via online services. I guess the only thing you couldn’t have done without going there would be cancelling your account, which I did. I only didn’t rate them lower because they were helpful guiding me and nice enough to print a check with the rest of my funds.
