Don't open a business account here. I opened a business account at citizens bank, they assured me fraud protection, my checks were stolen from a mailbox then my checks were poorly reproduced with major inconsistencies, but still cashed by Bank staff. Submitted all sorts of fraud protection instructions by citizens, then got repetitive denials and they allowed scammers to get away TWICE with $7,800 of my local businesses money. Cooper is a disgusting human being he should not be working with customers. The way he talks to people is absolutely absurd and me as a customer for citizens will no longer be because of him. If I was HR, I would get rid of him as soon as possible. They are going to lose a lot of customers because of it. I Do Not recommend Citizens Bank

Had some issues with banking .went in with out appointment they still help me and fix my problem . I have to admit my attitude wasn't the best but Cooper took care of me thank very much.
If you have important documents to notarize, I strongly recommend avoiding this location. On my first visit, they used an expired seal on my document, which caused delays. I returned a second time. I have a specific instructions from the Board of Pharmacy that I need to follow stating that the stamp needed to be placed partially over a photo.
