Lazy tellers tell you they can't help you. You have to call customer service. When the branch was in the Acme had no problems tellers were sweet and helpful.
Best citizens bank branch
Worst bank and worst customer service they will make you run around for 3 days in a row just to be able to make an online purchase of $180. They are horrible I highly recommend they make a zero star instead of only being able to make click the minimum of 1 star
All I needed is a page notarized. I was told I have to make an appointment after I called and ask if I can just walk in to have this done. I have been banking with this branch for over 15 years. I'm definitely going to close my account. No customer service
