This branch ALWAYS has a wait...and the CSR people at the desk counters RARELY will chip in the help you if you're waiting a while. They are always slow here ... If you expect prompt service, they never have enough staffing for it. I never get out of there within 5 minutes for a simple bank deposit. And oh yeah..GET RID OF THE VIRTUAL TELLERS AT THE ATMS.... This is a very comfortable and safe place to do banking. I opened a checking account yesterday and I am gracious for the help I got from Irismar Aponte!! She is very friendly and kind. She took the time to go over my account, set up the banking app properly on my device, and then made sure the new bank card worked in the atm. Thank you to Irismar the Citizens team!!!
