Very useless and badly behavior of counter staff. They do not have proper knowledge. For small work they took long time.
I had an appointment (made on line) with Citizens. My CD had just matured and I was looking for a better rate. I accidentally went to the wrong branch, but it turned out to be a blessing. "Dillon" was in his office, located near the door, and offered to help me even though my appointment wasn't at his branch. Yesterday they were closed due to power outage but today I connected with a colleague *3 and they were able to explain the process of my claims and how long it would be to obtain my financial assistance. I've only lived in the area for a year now and I didn't know there was two branches another in a stop and shop grocery mart. The person on the phone seemed nice enough to answer my questions through telephone but a lot of the stuff that they recommend is done directly at the branch and with reading some reviews it seems like... read more
No matter what time or day I go to the E. Central Street location, there is always a wait for 5 to 10 minutes. Staffing seems to change frequently. The ATM machine has been out of order several times over the past year. I would rather use the ATM instead of a teller. It's quicker and more efficient. No attitude. I typically do one transaction at a time. I'm doing a simple deposit or just taking out $20. Time to step it up folks!
