Great bank that cash my check I'm not even a customer
Very useless and badly behavior of counter staff. They do not have proper knowledge. For small work they took long time.
I had an appointment (made on line) with Citizens. My CD had just matured and I was looking for a better rate. I accidentally went to the wrong branch, but it turned out to be a blessing. "Dillon" was in his office, located near the door, and offered to help me even though my appointment wasn't at his branch. (Originally I was planning to cash out the CD and get a better rate elsewhere. However, that all changed after I sat down with him!) Yesterday they were closed due to power outage but today I connected with a colleague *3 and they were able to explain the process of my claims and how long it would be to obtain my financial assistance. I've only lived in the area for a year now and I didn't know there was two branches another in a stop and shop grocery mart. The person on the phone seemed nice enough to answer my questions through telephone but a lot of the stuff that they recommend is done directly at the branch and with reading some reviews it seems like... read more
