Yesterday they were closed due to power outage but today I connected with a colleague *3 and they were able to explain the process of my claims and how long it would be to obtain my financial assistance. I've only lived in the area for a year now and I didn't know there was two branches another in a stop and shop grocery mart. No matter what time or day I go to the E. Central Street location, there is always a wait for 5 to 10 minutes. Staffing seems to change frequently. The ATM machine has been out of order several times over the past year. I would rather use the ATM instead of a teller. It's quicker and more efficient. No attitude. I typically do one transaction at a time. I'm doing a simple deposit or just taking out $20. Time to step it up folks!
